Directions

  1. Place the dried ground sorghum in a container. ≈ 3 min
  2. Add water, mix thoroughly, and let it rest.
  3. (The dough will expand depending on the amount of water added) ≈ 3 min
  4. Thoroughly wash the fish, onion, tomatoes, and hot peppers. ≈ 2 min
  5. Place them in a pot and put it on the fire. ≈ 3 min
  6. Just lightly salt it, add a drop of red oil paint, and set it on fire. ≈ 2 min
  7. After 5 minutes of boiling, add water and continue to boil.
  8. Add the well-hydrated djougblé paste. ≈ 3 min

  • 6 smoked fish
  • 15 cl of red oil paint
  • 4 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 fresh chili peppers
  • salt
  • of an adjuvant
  • of Allium sativum (garlic)
  • cube of seasoning
