Directions
- Finely chop the small black onion head into 6 to 8 pieces and sauté in a pan.

- Once the onion has changed color, add the beef thigh or beef sausage (200g) to the same pan.

- Dice the apples into 1-2 cm pieces and add them to the pan with the onion and meat, adding 1 cup of water.

- Gently simmer in a pot until the apples are tender and the sauce has reduced by half.

- Serve hot, with rice or without any accompaniment. ≈ 2 min
