Directions
- Soak the beans in water overnight.
- Wash them and drain them. ≈ 2 min
- In a pot, heat the oil paint and add the bacon.
- Add the onion and sauté it until softened. ≈ 3 min
- Pour in the chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil and add the carrots, celery, and beans.
- Add the sausage. ≈ 3 min
- Season to your liking. ≈ 2 min
- Cook for another 15 minutes.
