Directions
- Place all the ingredients except the dry yeast in a blender and blend until you have a smooth, liquid, but thick batter. ≈ 4 min
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes to allow it to rise.
- Add the dry yeast and mix. If necessary, gradually add water until you have a smooth, thick dough. ≈ 4 min
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, and then pour a small amount of dough onto the pan.
- When bubbles form, use a spatula to flip the pancakes. After a few seconds, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
