Directions

  1. Season the fish pieces with turmeric, mustard powder, and salt, then let them marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil and lightly fry the pieces of fish.
  3. If the garlic has already been fried in another dish and has taken on a golden color, remove half of that preparation.
  4. In the remaining preparation steps, combine the garlic and ginger paste, the green peppers, and the tomatoes. ≈ 4 min
  5. Add spices, then thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
  6. Then, add the yogurt, parsley, and mint. ≈ 3 min
  7. Add the fried fish pieces to this spice mixture. ≈ 3 min
  8. In a separate container, cook the basmati rice until it is about 70% cooked.
  9. Place the rice, fish mixture, onions, mint, bay leaves, and ginger-infused milk in a large dish. ≈ 3 min
  10. Pour this in a container, close it tightly, and gently heat it for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. Serve the meat biryani with a spicy sauce. ≈ 2 min
