Directions
- Mix the flour, yeast, and salt with the yogurt. ≈ 4 min
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
- Form a ball with the dough, place it in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for two hours.
- Divide the dough into eight portions and spread each portion into discs about 0.5 cm thick. ≈ 4 min
- Heat a pan or pot and cook the first portion of pasta until it starts to soften.
- Place the disc in a preheated oven at 250 °C and wait until it has fully expanded.
- Repeat the process for the remaining 7 naans. ≈ 3 min
