Directions

  1. Combine the powdered sugar, almond flour, and syrup. ≈ 4 min
  2. Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap and divide it into 30 equal portions. ≈ 4 min
  3. Cut the nougat into 30 pieces and shape them into balls. ≈ 10 min
  4. Next, wrap the nougat balls in the dough. ≈ 10 min
  5. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, and then dip the balls, for example, using a toothpick.
  6. Let the balls cool on parchment paper.
  7. Keep refrigerated.

  • 250 g of soft nougat
  • 250 g of almond paste
  • 300 ml of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of white syrup (40 g)
