- In a large bowl, combine the vermicelli noodles, dried shrimp, chili sauce, lemon juice, and hazelnut butter. ≈ 4 min

- For banh trang (depending on the number of people), it is necessary to let them dry in the sun for one night (to make them more pliable).

- Finely chop the onions and sauté them in hot oil.
