Directions
- Remove any unusable ends from the vegetables. Wash them and cut them into approximately 2.5 cm cubes. ≈ 8 min
- Reduce the amount of oil paint by half, then remove the vegetables from the pan.
- Reheat the onions and tomatoes in the remaining oil paint, then season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place everything in a large pot with 250 ml of water, cover tightly, and simmer until almost all the moisture has evaporated.
- Serve hot, alongside steak, meatballs, or any other main course. ≈ 2 min
