Directions
- Combine the eggs with the flour, then add the milk, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. ≈ 4 min
- Stir vigorously to ensure everything is well combined. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the fat from the bacon and cook it in the pan.
- Remove the fat and cook the bacon (which should have been pre-cut) without adding any more fat.
- Once the bacon is cooked, pour the mixture over it. ≈ 3 min
- Cook over high heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- Serve on slices of bread. ≈ 2 min
- Replace the milk with water. ≈ 3 min
