Directions
- Combine the ground almonds, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks in a separate bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Gently fold in the almond mixture and pour the batter into molds the size of a standard 5-cent coin. ≈ 4 min
- Bake the cakes for about 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Heat the cream and chocolate until the chocolate is melted.
- Then, add the butter and let it melt. ≈ 3 min
- Let the cream cool and thicken; this will take approximately 3 hours.
- Spread the cream on half of the cookies and assemble the cookies in pairs. ≈ 4 min
- Let it cool and enjoy!
