Leek and semolina soup
A creamy Serbian soup: leeks sautéed in butter, cooked with semolina, then blended, garnished with fresh parsley and decorated with sprigs of dill.
This Serbian soup features leeks as the star ingredient. The semolina gently thickens the soup, while fresh parsley and dill add a refreshing touch.
