Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Spread the dough on a baking tin and prick it with a fork.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the caramelized sugar. Add the pudding powder, the vanilla bean (halved), the flour, and the cream-based gelatin. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour, pour 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream and heavy cream. Add the powdered sugar and whisk until stiff peaks form. ≈ 4 min
  5. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the cooled cake. Place the sugar-coated lid on top.
  6. Allow to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

  • Pie crust, enough for the base and the top
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 package of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 75 g of sugar, caramelized
  • 35 grams of flour
  • One package of vanilla jelly
  • 250 ml of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 packages of thick cream
