  6. Then, gradually add water while constantly stirring, pouring in the water little by little to prevent the mixture from becoming too sticky. ≈ 3 min

  8. If the dough is dry, add a little water and knead until you have a smooth, pliable dough. ≈ 10 min

  10. Boil water in a pot, then add the tapioca grains and cook for about 20 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
