Directions
- Soak the bulgur in a large amount of water for 2 to 3 hours.
- Combine one onion, 200g of meat, season with salt, and add the 4 spices. ≈ 4 min
- Squeeze the bulgur, add the meat, and mix. Keep refrigerated.
- Sauté the chopped onion in the oil for 2 minutes, then add the meat and season. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Create small balls using the bulgur mixture (using your finger, form small, oval, hollow balls with thin walls). ≈ 10 min
- Fill and close, giving the two ends a long, elongated shape. ≈ 10 min
- Fry for 5 minutes.
