Directions

  1. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, then scoop out the insides and remove the seeds. ≈ 3 min
  2. Peel the peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut them into large slices.
  3. Prepare a salad bowl. ≈ 3 min
  4. Add the washed, peeled, seeded, and chopped tomatoes to the salad bowl. ≈ 3 min
  5. Add the peeled, seeded, and sliced bell peppers to the salad bowl. ≈ 3 min
  6. Peel the garlic, mince it finely, and then add it to the salad bowl along with salt and pepper. ≈ 8 min
  7. Pour: balsamic vinegar (adjust to your taste). ≈ 3 min
  8. Combine everything with chopped parsley. ≈ 4 min
  9. Serve the salad very cold as an appetizer. ≈ 2 min
