Directions
- Drizzle the toasts with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle them with crushed garlic. ≈ 2 min
- Layer the toast with thin slices of tomato, zucchini, and olive, and finish with a slice of mozzarella. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the peppers and 1 tablespoon of oregano, then season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Place the toast slices on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Once the toasts are nicely golden, remove them from the oven, sprinkle them with the second spoonful of oregano, and serve immediately.
