Directions
- Bake 4 slices of bread in the oven.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the bread. ≈ 4 min
- Slice the sausages into rounds, and the cheese into thin strips, then arrange them in a serving dish. ≈ 8 min
- Rub the garlic clove over the remaining bread slices, then pour over the oil and seasonings. ≈ 2 min
- For the final bruschetta, add the chopped tomatoes (to your liking), then pour the olive oil, salt, and chopped basil mixture over the top. ≈ 3 min
