Directions
- Wash the wheat and soak it for three days.
- Change the water several times during this period until it becomes almost colorless. ≈ 3 min
- After three days, let it soak in milk for one day, then discard the milk.
- After that, cook the wheat until it thickens and becomes sticky (it should not be liquid).
- Add the pre-cooked peas and let them simmer until they thicken as well.
