Directions
- Drain the green beans and reserve the cooking water. ≈ 2 min
- Place them in a blender and mix them with 1 to 2 tablespoons of their juice until you have a smooth puree. ≈ 4 min
- Add the garlic, lemon juice, and tahini, and blend until smooth. ≈ 4 min
- Slowly pour in the olive oil. ≈ 3 min
- Add cumin and pepper, then finely chop them. ≈ 8 min
- Store it in the refrigerator before use.
