Directions
- Heat the water to an ideal temperature for fermentation (not too hot, slightly salty).
- Pour the beer, add the yeast, which has been mixed with a small amount of sugar. ≈ 3 min
- After melting half a cup of sugar (for colour), add the remaining sugar. ≈ 3 min
- It is not necessary to dissolve the sugar; you can also use sugar that has been dissolved in hot water.
- Thoroughly mix, then pour into containers (bottles, jars). ≈ 4 min
- It’s important to pour the beer first, as it will foam up a lot afterward. It would be impossible to pour it directly (the amount of foam is 2 liters, while the amount of beer is limited to a single bottle). ≈ 3 min
- Let it rest in a warm place for 3 to 4 hours (keeping it tightly sealed).
- Next, store in the refrigerator.
- The water temperature is crucial for successful fermentation: if it’s too hot, the yeast will die, and if it’s too cold, they won’t function properly. ≈ 3 min
