Directions
- Sift the flour and mix it with the yeast, salt, and, if desired, sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Dig a hole in the flour and pour in the water and oil paint. Mix until you have a paste. ≈ 4 min
- Knead the dough for about 15 minutes, until it is firm and elastic.
- Allow to rise for at least 1 hour.
- Re-knead the dough. ≈ 10 min
- Let it rise for at least another 15 minutes.
- Spread the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm. ≈ 4 min
- Garnish with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. ≈ 10 min
- Preheat the oven to approximately 250 °C (482 °F) and bake the pizza for 10 minutes on the top rack of the oven.
