Directions
- Place the ground meat in a mixing bowl, and add a pinch of salt and pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Gently knead the meat, but don’t overwork it, otherwise the burgers will be dry. ≈ 10 min
- Prepare four flat, thin steaks of equal size. ≈ 10 min
- Heat the oil paint in a pan.
- Cook the steaks over medium-high heat for about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- For cheeseburgers: once one side is cooked, flip the patties, place a slice of cheese on top, and continue cooking. ≈ 3 min
- Cut the bread in half and fill the bottom halves with the steaks. ≈ 10 min
- Add the ketchup and the remaining toppings. ≈ 3 min
- Place the top half of the bread on the hamburger and serve immediately. ≈ 2 min
