A tomato, cucumber, pepper, garlic, onion, and stale bread gazpacho, blended with vinegar and olive oil, and served very cold in the summer.
Gazpacho is a cold soup that is perfect for hot days. All the ingredients are blended raw, and then the soup is chilled to allow the flavors to develop.

Directions
- Chop all the vegetables into pieces and tear the bread. ≈ 8 min
- Combine all the ingredients gradually, starting with the most liquid ones. ≈ 4 min
- Taste, and add salt to your liking. ≈ 2 min
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, in a sealed container.
- Serve it very cold. ≈ 2 min
