Homemade, crispy French fries
Hand-cut homemade French fries, soaked in ice water, and then double-fried for a crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior.
After being peeled, cut into sticks, and soaked in ice water, the apples are then twice-fried. This is the key to achieving golden, crispy French fries.
