Directions
- Slice the onion into thick pieces and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into large chunks, and add them to the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cumin and turmeric towards the end of cooking. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the in the cream, add salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer. Let cool for about 5 minutes, taste, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Wash the fish fillets and place them in a large baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the broccoli florets evenly among the dishes and then pour the cream sauce over everything. ≈ 3 min
- Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180 °C.
