- Soak the rice for about 2 hours, then rinse it thoroughly and drain it.
- Next, cook the dough until it forms a sticky rice-like consistency.
- Once the sticky rice is cooked, pour it into a dish and use a wet spoon to gently press it into a thin layer, similar to a crepe. ≈ 3 min
- Store the rice in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours to allow it to firm up, then cut it into appropriately sized pieces.
