Directions

  1. Season the pork ribs with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
  2. Crush the 2 cloves of garlic, the chopped parsley, and a drizzle of olive oil in a mortar. Grind thoroughly and gradually add the oil paint. ≈ 8 min
  3. Coat the pork with the seasoned mixture and brush with a little more oil. ≈ 4 min
  4. Bake in the oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. Every 10 minutes, open the oven and brush the pork ribs with the barbecue sauce (recipe at the end).
  6. About halfway through cooking, rotate the pork ribs to ensure even cooking. ≈ 3 min
  7. Once cooked, add more barbecue sauce on top.
