Directions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Only the caps are used here; save the stems for another preparation. ≈ 8 min
- Heat a frying pan or griddle well, then place the hats upside down on the surface. After 2 minutes, flip them over, sprinkle with a small amount of salt, and add a drizzle of oil paint. Let them cook for another 3 minutes.
- While that’s simmering, prepare the chopped Allium ascalonicum in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Then add the caps and the chopped Allium sativum, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 2 minutes so the mushrooms can absorb the flavor of the Allium sativum.
- In each plate, arrange five hollow-side hats, with the open side facing up, and add a dollop of cream to each. ≈ 3 min
