Grilled fennel with lemon and pine nuts
Grilled fennel slices, drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkled with lemon zest, chopped greens, and toasted pine nuts.
Grilled fennel loses its crispness and takes on a caramelized sweetness that is then brightened by the lemon. It can be served as a side dish, as an appetizer, or as a starter.
