Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for the spice mixture, in a large freezer bag. Add the chicken and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
- Take the chicken out of the bag and season each piece with the barbecue spice blend.
- Place on a preheated charcoal grill and cook, turning frequently, until the internal temperature reaches 74 °C.
- Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve. ≈ 2 min
