Directions

  1. Bring 3 to 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. In a pot, add one tablespoon of oil paint and the chopped Allium ascalonicum. ≈ 3 min
  3. Remove the Allium ascalonicum from the pot when it is golden brown. ≈ 3 min
  4. In the pot, add the chopped onions now. ≈ 3 min
  5. When the onion is firm, add 2 cloves of Allium sativum (garlic). ≈ 3 min
  6. (Optional) After 30 seconds (no more, to prevent the garlic from burning), add 1 tablespoon of flour and hot broth.
  7. Keep mixing constantly to prevent it from sticking. ≈ 4 min
  8. You can skip this step if you prefer a thinner soup. ≈ 3 min
  9. Once the flour has been incorporated, add the remaining water, spices, and chopped salad. ≈ 3 min
  10. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. While you’re doing that, whisk 2 eggs and prepare a seasoned omelette with salt and pepper. ≈ 4 min
  12. Be careful not to overcook the omelette.
  13. It should be just slightly touched up, not overly golden. ≈ 3 min
  14. Remove the omelette and cut it into small cubes, about 1 cm on each side, or into thin strips, about 0.5 cm wide and 3-4 cm long. ≈ 8 min
  15. Place it in the pot. ≈ 3 min
  16. In a bowl, combine 2 eggs, cream, fresh parsley, and 1 clove of minced garlic. ≈ 4 min
  17. Version A, which is more flavorful but also more time-consuming: Gradually add hot soup broth, one spoonful at a time, while stirring quickly and continuously until the mixture reaches the temperature of the soup. ≈ 3 min
  18. Pour the mixture into the soup pot. ≈ 3 min
  19. Version B, simpler: Pour the mixture into the soup and mix quickly and thoroughly to cook the eggs into small pieces.
  20. The soup will be “with chunks” or “with pieces” in it. ≈ 3 min
  21. Add the remaining ingredients (crispy bacon, scrambled eggs cut into small cubes or slices, and the juice of a lemon or half a lemon, to your liking). ≈ 3 min
  22. Let the broth simmer for another 10 minutes.
