Directions
- Cut the chicken into pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Heat some oil in a pot or pan, then add the curry paste and brown.
- Add the chopped chicken to the pot, then quickly stir it around, but don’t cook it completely.
- Add coconut milk and a little broth.
