Directions
- Soak the kale leaves in water until they are tender.
- Next, take each portion separately and squeeze it firmly to extract the water. ≈ 3 min

- Next, once the chicken is cooked, it is mixed with the broth and added to the spinach, and then simmered for a few minutes.
- Then, we add the lemon and any spices we have, and let it simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes.
