Directions
- Finely chop two onions into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Squeeze a clove of Allium sativum. ≈ 3 min
- Melt 25g of butter in a pan, then cook the onions and garlic over medium heat until softened.
- Add 200g of frozen beans. ≈ 3 min
- Add 200ml of whipped cream and 250ml of vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce the sauce until it reaches a smooth consistency, then strain it through a fine-mesh sieve.
- 250g of farfalle pasta, cook according to package directions.
- During the last few minutes of cooking, add 75g of frozen beans. ≈ 3 min
- Fry 75g of diced bacon in 1 tablespoon of oil until crispy, then add 25g of chopped walnuts.
- Drain the pasta, mix it with the sauce, and then top with the mixture of bacon and walnuts. ≈ 4 min
