Directions
- Cut the fish into pieces, flake it, and place it in a pot over medium heat with the butter. Once it is browned, add the wine, flour, chopped and peeled onion, chopped parsley, bay leaf, a pinch of fleur de sel, and water. ≈ 8 min
- Let it simmer gently until the fish is cooked. Then, place the fish on a serving plate and pour the pre-made sauce, which includes egg and lemon juice, over it.
