Directions

  1. Clean the fish thoroughly and rinse it well to remove any traces of mucus. ≈ 8 min
  2. Make a few small incisions on both sides of the fish. ≈ 3 min
  3. Marinate the fish in lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fry the fish in hot oil until they are dry and cooked through.
  5. Drain them. ≈ 2 min

  • 750 ml of water
  • 5-7 nails
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
