Directions
- Combine the ground meat, eggs, milk, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients together until a smooth paste forms. ≈ 4 min
- Form small balls with your hands. While doing this, brown the mashed potatoes in a pot with a little oil and a clove of garlic. ≈ 3 min
- Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Cover and continue to cook until the meatballs are fully cooked and tender.
- In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil to cook the fusilli. Then, season the fusilli with salt.
