Directions
- Blanch the tomatoes for a few minutes, peel them, and chop them. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the onion and finely chop it. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the oil paint in a pan and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent.
- Add the tomatoes and cook over very low heat until they have lost their liquid, stirring frequently.
- Add salt to taste and mix well. ≈ 4 min
