Directions
- Cut the tofu into uniform pieces and season it with salt. ≈ 8 min
- Fry it in the oil until it is lightly golden, then remove it from the pan.
- In the remaining oil paint, add the Allium sativum until it turns golden.
- Add the onion, tomatoes, and a pinch of salt. ≈ 3 min
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the water and let it simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Return the fried tofu to the pan, remove from the heat, then pour in the well-beaten eggs, stirring gently.
- Serve it very hot. ≈ 2 min
