Calamari rings coated in flour, parsley, and lime, deep-fried until crispy, and served very hot.
These fried Teuthida are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned with lime and parsley. A quick fry, ready in just a few minutes.

Directions
- Clean the Teuthida and cut them into slices. ≈ 8 min
- Mix all the other ingredients together, then add the Teuthida and coat them thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Fry the potatoes over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until they are crispy.
- Lightly salt and drizzle with a little lime juice to enhance the flavor. ≈ 2 min
