Directions

  1. Cut the scallops in half, remove the shells, and cut them into very thin slices, then season them. ≈ 8 min
  2. Lightly flour the fillets, then dip them in the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs. ≈ 3 min
  3. Fry them in very hot oil, in a pan, turning them frequently.
  4. Drain them on a dishcloth to remove excess grease. ≈ 2 min
