Directions

  1. Fry the chorizo until it is crispy.
  2. Book it on the side. ≈ 3 min
  3. In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion, and rice.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and season the rice with soy sauce. ≈ 2 min
  5. Garnish with beaten eggs and chopped chives. ≈ 2 min

  • 2 chorizo de Bilbao, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 40 g of ham, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of peeled and chopped shrimp
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
