- Clean the fish and dry it in the air using a torch, turning it regularly. ≈ 8 min
- Next, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and let it rest for at least an hour.
- In a pan, heat up some oil paint.
- Bring the fish back to the pan, flipping it over, until it is golden brown on both sides.
- Do not overcook.
