Directions
- Thoroughly clean the fish, then make a few small holes in their bodies to help the spices penetrate. ≈ 8 min
- Season the fish with a tablespoon of minced garlic, grated ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce, and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Return the remaining garlic cloves to a little fat, then lightly coat the seasoned fish.
- Flip it over to cook the other side.
- Add broth, and wait until the broth starts to simmer, then add the turmeric powder.
- Let it simmer over low heat until the broth reduces.
