Directions
- We cleaned the artichokes, removed the tough fibers and the bitter-tasting white skins, chopped them, and stored them in water with a little lemon juice. ≈ 3 min
- We collect the eggs, add the fresh parsley, and then mix the flour with the olive oil. ≈ 3 min
- The final result should be a fairly thick paste. ≈ 3 min
- Cook the cauliflower, and we’ll let it cook until it’s tender.
- Using the remaining lemon juice, we add the cooked cauliflower, along with olive oil and fresh parsley. ≈ 3 min
- We let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- We cleaned the cardoons, added them to the dough, and then fried them in hot oil.
