Directions

  1. Roughly chop the fennel and place it in a pot with the olive oil. Add the peeled and chopped onions, as well as the chili peppers (without seeds or stems), chopped into irregular pieces. Season with salt, add the wine and meat broth, and simmer gently.
  2. In a mortar, grind the matchstick with the peeled almonds and pine nuts. Then, mix this with the broth. Add it to the pot and simmer until everything is cooked through.
