Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Soak the bread cubes in the milk.
- Sauté the onion in a pan until it is golden brown. Transfer it to a bowl with the ground meat.
- Add the soaked bread, egg, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic, then mix well until a firm consistency is achieved. ≈ 4 min
- Shape the meat into a roast and place it in a baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions, and a salad.
