- Cut the meat into small pieces, finely grate the onion, then mix with the eggs, salt, and pepper. ≈ 8 min
- Make meatballs of the desired size. ≈ 10 min
- In the palm of your hand, spread a thin layer of this preparation onto a sheet of parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Next, immerse the meatballs in hot oil and cook them on both sides over low heat until they are golden brown.
- In a bowl, pour in a glass of water, then mix in the tomato puree and the yogurt. ≈ 3 min
- We let it simmer until the mixture thickens.
- Next, the cooked meat is added to the mixture and allowed to simmer for a while.
- Finally, the peeled and sliced apple wedges are fried in oil paint, and then added to the meat.
