Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  2. Place a sheet of puff pastry on a griddle covered with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
  3. Cut the pollock and salmon fillets into fish-shaped pieces and arrange them on the dough. ≈ 8 min
  4. Prepare a marinade with the salmon, 1 egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then brush the fish fillets with this marinade.
  5. Arrange the crab, dill, and crème fraîche on the fish. ≈ 3 min
  6. Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry. ≈ 3 min
  7. Press down firmly on the dough to ensure the edges are properly sealed. ≈ 3 min
  8. Remove any excess dough and use beaten egg to attach the remaining dough to the scales and fins. ≈ 3 min
  9. Brush the dough with a mixture of scrambled eggs and cream. ≈ 4 min
  10. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
